Recently Asked Questions about the Gema:
- Question
Hi, I am seriously considering purchasing a 5m by 5m log cabin. The primary use would be as a bedroom for a teenager - and we are looking at a minumum of 44mm wall thickness. Could you help me by answering some questions: 1/ Is planning permission required? 2/ Would building regulations be requried if a toilet was installed? 3/ Do you supply any roof insulation? Thanks, Alan.
Answer
Under normal circumstances, planning will not be required. If in doubt, run it by your local planning office. As far as I am aware, building regs will not be required. Yes, roof insulation (TR27) can be supplied - Question
Can a window be put in a different wall than on the current design?
Answer
Additional windows can be purchased as required - Question
is this cabin isolated
Answer
Please be more specific with your question - thanks - Question
is this cabin insulated or is there space in between logs for insulation

No, the cabin is not insulated as standard. This cabin is single skinned and therefore no cavity space for insulation - Question
